Sam chats about enjoying the journey of career, family, and personal fulfillment with his friend and colleague, Kedar Kale.
Kedar is the founding coach at PebbleCompass and is deeply focused on enabling teams and leaders to share authentic stories and craft compelling narratives. After nearly two decades on the corporate treadmill, he traded the speed and intensity for the flexibility and perspective of the entrepreneurial hike.
Kedar has lived and worked in India, France, Germany, Singapore, and the United States. He built his corporate career at Apple leading Learning & Development teams and crafting executive communications for senior leaders on topics related to Inclusion & Diversity, Team Culture, and Employee Experience. Before Apple, Kedar worked in engineering and co-founded an immersive learning startup.
Kedar holds a bachelor’s degree from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, an MS from Stanford University, an MBA from INSEAD and is a certified executive coach from Berkeley Executive Coaching Institute. He is a LEGO Technic fan, a photographer, and a musician. Sam is honored to publish this episode in anticipation of the Berkeley Executive Coaching Institute Coaches Conference this November. Kedar and he will both serve as presenters among an unprecedented number of presentations aimed at helping alumni give their best to their clients.
